National Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative

CMS recently announced the national Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative, which will support 150,000 clinicians nationwide to sustain practice and care improvements. With the large national initiative for payment reform, CMS is also beginning a Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI). This begins adding additional focus on pay for value increasing the current Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) program and the recent addition of Value Modifier. Learn how your practice, patients and the community can benefit from your enthusiasm and participation in this initiative.
