The Medical Malpractice Case—from Start to Finish

Medical malpractice allegations and lawsuits are stressful not only for affected providers, but the practice manager and office staff as well. Mr. Lemons will describe the processes and activities involved in a medical malpractice case for the provider/defendant, as well as office staff and managers. He will discuss what aspects of KODIN may or may not apply and how to prepare for, and deal with, discovery, potential settlement, depositions, trial and post-trial activities and responsibilities. Mr. Lemons has successfully represented hundreds of physicians and medical practices in malpractice defense in Nevada, and has a significant amount of insight about the process that he will share.
