Jeff Rosenfeld, MBA, Manager, Strategic Innovation & Project Management Tahoe Forest Health System
BiographyBuilding on his 20+ years of experience in developing start-up companies and improving operations in both small and large organizations, Mr. Rosenfeld will lead a discussion of the “dos and don’ts” and lessons learned in entering into relationships and collaboration between medical practices and hospitals/health systems.
Rosenfeld currently directs the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) and serves as steward of enterprise project portfolios at Tahoe Forest Health System. He has a BS in Environmental Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northeastern University. Rosenfeld is also a Certified Six Sigma Black-belt from the American Society for Quality and is a Certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
