Achieving compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines is becoming increasingly difficult for providers in outpatient settings. Whether it’s evolving regulations or shrinking time to implement and adopt required systems, compliance remains a healthcare headache. For over 20 years, Compliance Alliance has worked exclusively with providers to erase uncertainty and liability, allowing them to focus on patient care and growing their practice. As the firm’s president, Tracy Wale, RN, CHSP, will explore common mistakes made here in the Las Vegas valley, and steps to avoid liability.

Whether it’s evolving regulations or shrinking time to implement and adopt required systems, compliance remains a healthcare headache. For over 20 years, Compliance Alliance has worked exclusively with providers to erase uncertainty and liability, allowing them to focus on patient care and growing their practice. As the firm’s president, Tracy Wale has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years with a strong background in healthcare compliance, licensure and certification. As an adjunct to her nursing career, Tracy started Compliance Alliance when called upon by a friend in private practice, to develop his OSHA compliance programs and infection control protocols. A need was identified in private practice, and Compliance Alliance was born. The goal: help others find an easier means to becoming compliant with all of the regulations that face healthcare. Again, in 2011 she founded Infection Control Solutions to meet the needs of providers impacted by new Infection Control Legislation. Compliance Alliance now serves well over 300 private practices., Tracy Wale, RN, CHSP, will explore common mistakes made here in the Las Vegas valley, and steps to avoid liability.
