Changes to payor networks, third party payors using third party administrators, carve outs, indemnity clauses, fee schedules, who can keep up with it all? Navigating the contracting and credentialing departments of local and national insurance companies can be compared to a finely choregraphed dance, one that takes practice, determination and time. Ever feel like the second you have a network system down there is a change and you are back to square one? This interactive meeting will talk about best practices for identifying payor networks, who and where to go for provider enrollment, practice updates and more. We will explore key items to review in a payor contract with tips and tricks.

  • Contract negotiations, are they still possible, what to focus on
  • Explore the Family Tree of the area’s top Insurance Companies
  • Key items to watch out for prior signing a contract or addendum
  • Credentialing tips and tricks for faster onboarding.
