Chelsea Hart, CEO, InnovateU
As a native to Northern Nevada and a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Chelsea is passionate about the Reno/Tahoe region, its growth and sustainability. With a specific focus on healthcare and related businesses, Chelsea leads InnovateU, a Nevada based company, providing direction and support to those in the medical field both locally and nationally.
Chelsea brings knowledge of healthcare financial and operational management, business development, space acquisition, and practice models. Her experience navigating the “business of medicine” and revenue cycle management provides clients with a formula that allows them to prosper in the changing world of healthcare.
In addition to her role with InnovateU, Chelsea is the Executive Director for Reno Tahoe Young Professionals Network, where she works alongside the board to increase engagement and retention of the area’s top young professional talent. She is an active member and volunteer for the Reno Rodeo Association, serves on the Reno Tahoe Airport Planning Commission, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
