Triple Net, Modified Gross, Absolute Net, Full-Service Gross….what do the different lease structures mean and which type of lease did your group sign? How does your rent compare to what the market is supporting? Given today’s real estate market, it is crucial to understand the type of lease you signed and the economic impact each can have on your practice. Each lease structure demands different obligations of the tenant that not only affects your rental payment each month but also building/suite maintenance responsibilities. Having an understanding of varying types of lease structures is the number one tool to quantify that your lease competes in the marketplace.
Join us to familiarize yourself with key terminology to understand when negotiating real estate agreements to insure your practice’s real estate is the most cost effective option.
