Position Description:
- Responsible for daily operations and supervision of assigned practice(s). Will maintain regulatory compliance and is responsible for maintenance of licenses/certifications, primary source validation, proper credentialing with health system medical staff office and payers. Collaborates with internal and external associates (CBO, marketing, quality team, business development, finance, A/P, payroll, human resources, c-suite, facilities, vendors, corporate and local administration) to ensure effective and efficient practice operations. Manages departmental expenses cost effectively, monitors revenue cycle operations, volume and revenue generation to assure practice budgets are met. Participates in provider and employee recruitment and onboarding. Demonstrates service excellence, conveys professionalism and maintain appropriate confidentiality at all times.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, QuickBooks Online, medical and billing terminology, healthcare or hospital office settings, service excellence, revenue cycle operations and recruiting, training, leading and performance management of staff. Multitasking, decision making, process improvement, project management, interpersonal, communication, leadership, computer proficiency, excellent customer service and business savvy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of relevant experience
